Although every project we work on is different, we try to follow the same, defined process which is actually quite straightforward:
Step 1 – DEFINE
Our creative ideas are all based on a solid understanding of your business, so there’s no such thing as too much information. We immerse ourselves in the details – your company, your product, distribution channels, your markets, your consumers. We ask questions, challenge assumptions and analyze everything possible. It’s only when we feel that we understand every element, that we move on.
Stage 2 – SIMPLIFY
The challenge is usually to communicate a relatively complex set of messages. We work hard to establish clarity and focus – distilling the messages down to a single-minded proposition that captures the essence of these messages. We use this proposition as the basis for the final stage of the process.
Stage 3 – IDEATE
This stage is difficult to define, because it relies on brainstorming, sleepless nights, scribbles on cocktail napkins and lots of coffee. Everything we come up with in this stage must resonate with the proposition from the previous stage. We explore different solutions which support and enhance core messages. In other words, we try to capture the essence of the proposition, then bring it to life.
Brand building isn’t art or science. It’s a fusion of both and that is when magic happens.
